| Dear
Customer,
Let’s Discuss Your Call Out Calendar
As you are aware, SubFinder has two calling periods each
and EVERY day; morning calling is used to call on
unfilled jobs for that day, and evening calling is used
to call on future jobs.
Periodically your district may want to
turn off one
or both of the calling periods for a day
(or even a couple of days) without having to place your
system in standby. For example you may want to turn off
evening calling during your district’s
Spring Break, but
still allow employees to report future absences while
substitutes can still job shop.
The Call Out Calendar was created just for this reason!
In SubFinder versions 5.0 and higher you will find the
Call Out Calendar in the Control Panel next to the
standard Call Out options. Double click on the Call Out
Calendar icon and a calendar screen should appear!
For specific
instructions on
creating your Call Out Calendar, please
log in to the Customer Support Center. Detailed
instructions are available in the 2007 Newsletter
Supplements Library.
If you have any questions
accessing this feature do not hesitate to contact your
Account Specialist who would be more than happy to help!
(Please note: The Call Out Calendar is not available in
versions previous to 5.0)
