CRS
Incorporated is proud to have the most experienced and effective
training staff in the industry and we continually receive
accolades from our clients. It is our experience that great
training produces the happiest, most satisfied clients. Each
Trainer utilizes proven methods to ensure your success and a
complete understanding of the system.
Onsite,
hands-on training plays a key role in the total SubFinder
solution. SubFinder is already recognized as the most powerful
and easy-to-use system available. CRS Incorporated further
enhances the benefits of your system by providing a complete
three-tiered training program.
The Planning
The
first step in the installation of SubFinder is a “Planning
Meeting”. This meeting is actually a conference call between the
CRS training manager and the key players from your district.
Prior to this meeting you will have received a Planning Meeting
Manual full of technical information, a detailed list of tasks
necessary for the proper implementation of SubFinder and a
“Things To Do” checklist.
Step by step,
we walk through the technical details to ensure that everything
is set and ready for the upcoming installation. We cover
telephone line installation, electrical requirements, networking
details, everything. By the end of this meeting, everyone has a
clear understanding of their responsibilities and a timeline for
accomplishing each task.
Your complete
SubFinder system, both hardware and software, is then
pre-configured by CRS Incorporated Client Services in
Williamsport, Pennsylvania. After passing stringent quality
control checks, your system is shipped directly to your
location.
The Training
Session
A
CRS Incorporated Trainer will arrive at your facility to teach
your main SubFinder Operator and a Backup Operator how to use
SubFinder. By the end of the training session, your data is
loaded, your preferences set and your system is live and
actively filling jobs. Comprehensive, thorough training means
that you’ll be experienced and in full operation in just five
short days.
Your Trainer
will also instruct representatives from your district to be
local trainers. This program is called “Training the Trainer”.
Now you’ll have a number of your own employees who can teach new
employees and substitutes how to use the SubFinder system.
Ongoing Support
After district installation implementation is complete, training
classes will be offered throughout the year for operators and
administrators. Regional conferences will be hosted, giving
conference attendees the opportunity to be provided with
valuable input for future product releases.
