Automatically Calls You When the Power Fails

With SubAlarm you can rest easy knowing that if there’s a power failure that could affect your SubFinder system, you’ll be notified immediately. SubAlarm automatically calls and verbally alerts you when the Un-interruptible Power Supply has switched to battery backup reserve power. SubAlarm works in conjunction with APC and UPS units and PowerChute software. It’s a great solution for facilities affected by power outages and frequent storms.

Here’s How it Works

When your facility loses power, SubFinder switched to battery power. Once the system is on battery power, the PowerChute software triggers SubAlarm to automatically call a pre-defined list of phone numbers. SubAlarm then alerts your employees of the imminent power failure.

When the battery power reserves are almost depleted, PowerChute will gracefully shut down the SubFinder system and protect the integrity of your data.
